Amazon failed to pay shipping companies for shipping labels that were purchased on amazon
Purchased shipping labels on amaon.com, shipped on time, usps refuses to deliver, stating that they did not get paid for shipping.
AtoZ ruled against us, even on appeal. opened the case over a week ago and seller support is not helpful here.
provided copies of shipping labels, showing purchased thru amazon and shipped on time

Can you please share more details about the above statement? Did you receive updates directly from USPS that the shipping label was not paid for, and did you share that message in a support case? Where did you drop off the packages?
