Shipment Error

I try to create a shipment and I get the following error at the last step:
"Hey, I tried to create a fulfillment order, and suddenly the process stopped and I received the following error:
"Error:
Something has gone wrong. Try refreshing the page. If that does not work, please delete the workflow and create a new one"
Do you have any idea how to fix this? thank youuu

Try clearing your browser history, cache and cookies. Then try again.
