Same here. We've tried refreshing, didn't work. We've tried deleting and creating new, still didn't work. I guess we're out of luck for the time being.

We are seeing several threads this morning from sellers reporting that issue, and we are working with sellers and partner teams to track down updates.
Some sellers mentioned being able to create shipments since the problem was first reported, so please let us know if you are also able to do so, or if it remains an issue for you.
