My question is that if a brand has provided a list of their authorized distributors for their online resellers, all those distributor's invoices are acceptable to Amazon or does Amazon has it's own list of authorized distributers of that specific brand?

Amazon has a list. Just because the brand has authorized distributors, and they can sell to you doesn't mean you can turn around and sell as a 3rd party seller on a marketplace.
A lot of brands prohibit sales on marketplaces now, hence that is why Amazon has a list.
