Us Amazon store status = inactive

Haven't used my account in a few years recently sent in some products that have been received by FBA however they were showing as stranded inventory due to account not being fully onboarded. I opened a ticket and they said there is an issue with my selling account I went to check my store status and it says US store inactive and I cant figure out how to make it active.

You most likely have to re-verify everything because it was inactive for a few years (protecting you and Amazon from fraudulent activity). Check your performance notifications.

If you didn't fill out and go through the hassle of confirming details for the INFORM Act that would be why.
