Hello,

We've been receiving at least 2-3 negative fake reviews on our product listing. They share suspicious traits:

- Simultaneous Posting

- Lack of Purchase Records

- Contrary to Guidelines (Compensated Reviews, Illegal Activities)

These reviews make false claims coming from unverified reviewers.

We tried to reach out to Amazon both on the phone, email, chat, reported it numerous times to no avail. We do not see any action from Amazon nor any reference of looking into this matter. It has affected our listing and ratings. Please help and look into the matter.
