Best Deal / Lighning Deal / Prime Day Deals not
Hello,
In the last 30-days we have not had any deals be offered for any of our products despite meeting the ASIN level and Account level criteria. This is becoming concerning as the prime day deadline is coming up. Historically we are offered deals and run them 2-3 times per month, where customers were able to unlock deals that we only offer through amazon. This is creating a bad customer experience by not allowing them to access these deals and make a more informed buying decision.

I've reviewed your case and wanted to confirm that the information shared by the Seller Support team is accurate. While we do list some of our product eligibility requirements here, there is certain criteria that cannot be disclosed. Once your listings meet the undisclosed criteria, offers will appear automatically on your Deals Dashboard.
I realize this is not the response you were hoping for, especially since you are concerned about your options for event selling periods. However, you are able to participate in these types of events with promotions, coupons, and Prime Exclusive Discounts as well.
