I can understand that Amazon works on customer satisfaction. If you want Amazon off your back you need to respond in the Buyers favour.
Unfair YES but that is the system.
You have to decide whether want a loss on the sale or no sales for the suspension period.
Also if you get a warning & you have a full business account then click on "Call Me".
They usually respond with minutes.
Tell them the problem & why.
They will then tell you what to do.
Swallow your pride & Agree with whatever they say.
That will get the warning removed & usually a suspension removed.
Just be aware that if you get multiple warnings or suspenions & do nothing your account may be closed on you.
Lodging an appeal online gets you the usual Bot responses.
A call request gets you a Person whio usually wants to help you.
If their accent is hard to understand do not hang up as that is a black mark.
Best thing to do is say it is a bad line & they will slow down & speak more clearly.
