Dominic from Amazon here, want to provide some additional information on this. Unfortunately we cannot expedite a shipment being received. We have to wait for the shipment to be closed before it can be reconciled. Additionally I would advise against creating multiple cases for the same issue, this will cause additional confusion in the process.
