new seller here, im doing FBA and its OK so far, however, i believe amazon FBA fees are impacting my margins and it is unsustainable longer run
im launching a product variation for AISN and am thinking to use FBM now .
1. ive heard that amazon algorithm restricts / throttles the sales of FBM?
2. what are reliable FBM partners to use ?

I've never known that to be true outside of for new sellers - it's called a Velocity Review.
Building that up is quite easy though. Ship fast, like daily on all orders.
If you search google you will find many 3P Fulfillment Centers. Read the reviews and then ask about specific ones.
You will always find people who have bad experiences, so test things out before committing to a large volume.
