Two step verification code

Hi everyone,

Unfortunately, the OTP code not receiving,

I open a case but not resolved yet.

I proceed Two-Step Verification Account Recovery but no response from amazon since many days.

Please any one help me.

how are you able to log in and post if you didnt pass the 2 step verification

Did YOU create that seller account? Are you the owner of the "Primary account manager" email and phone?

I have the same issue here ! My phone cannot receive the code from amazon by text. But if I choose 'call', the phone will ring and is able to receive a code from the robot voice. My phone has no issue receiving a verification code from any other companies at all. So, I suppose it is amazon's problem.
