Why are some (positive) ratings excluded from my Seller Rating?

I have recieved:

  • Three 5-Star product reviews
  • One 5-Star seller profile reviews
  • One 1-Star product reviews

Next to my store name, it only takes two of these reviews into account, displaying my rating as 3/5. It is accounting for the negative product review, and the positive seller-profile review. The additional 3 positive product reviews are not taken into account, making my rating look worse than it should.

Is this normal? Are positive-product-reviews not counted in the seller star rating, only negative product reviews?

You don't understand the system. There are REVIEWS and RATINGS and SELLER FEEDBACK.

Review: a written comment on the product page, down under the description

Rating: a star rating without comment on the product page, down under the description

Seller feedback: customer comment about the SHIPPING and DELIVERY, viewable by clicking on your seller name under the price besides of "Sold from".

Knowing this re-verify if all is there.

I took a look at your seller profile and as of today (6/29) you have 2 seller feedback ratings (a 5 star and a 1 star). The 1 star review provides feedback on the customer's experience with their return as well as the product. You can see this broken down further by selecting "Feedback," from the "Performance," menu in Seller Central.
