We have been shipping to FBA for well over a decade and I have never seen such a thing. We have two shipments delivered to two different warehouses. One was delivered mid May and one in late May and neither have been checked in. Our packages usually get checked in within 2-3 days. The other crazy part was that, we are in the east coast we selected the east coast warehouse, but the system redirected the shipment to the west coast warehouses. If they are too busy to check in the products, why are the packages getting re-directed to them? We would appreciate any help or direction since this has caused us to be out of stock on a lot of best-sellers. We have MFN conditions created, but our sales are hurting.
