Yes. Gear icon top right. Shipping settings / General Shipping Settings at top. Look for handling time below, hit edit.
If you want 2 day, or to have it actually assigned to each SKU, that's a longer answer.

You can see all the ways to update your handling time in the Manage your handling time help page. Please note that your SKU level settings will take priority over your general settings but you can change the SKU level settings in bulk by using an upload as mentioned on the help page under "SKU-specific handling time in bulk".
