Ungating DENIED - You have provided an invoice that the supplier did not fulfill.
I really don't know how to respond to this one. Amazon claims that the supplier did not ship the items in the invoice. I responded with a picture of the packing list with the products in the list in the background.
Amazon just denies it again with "You have provided an invoice that the supplier did not fulfill."
Is there someone that my supplier can contact at Amazon to clear this up? I even mentioned in the message to contact my sales rep, and they just denied it anyways. I've been selling on here for almost 15 years with over 16,000 orders and have been ungated with brands in the past, so its not like I'm new here.

Hello @Seller_2srXkS44rN39i- and thank you for surfacing this situation on the seller forums.
Please do see available guidance on invoice requirements when you apply to sell and Letters of Authorization to help navigate this approval request, as working through that process is the only method for receiving approval.
Please also take a moment to review the Community Guidelines for using the forums, as they do not allow for duplicate posts on a single topic. I do see the community has provided some insight on your other thread on this same issue.
Thank you,
Danny
