valid ungating invoice denied

I am attempting to ugate a certain ASIN with a certain UPC. I have an invoice from one of the largest suppliers of the brand in the United States, and the invoice has the title of the product and the UPC, and Amazon keeps denying the invoice. Even worse is that I have sold this brand for years and Amazon just suddenly gated the brand after I had bought more products. Can anybody please help?

Amazon if you are reading this, please refer to case 16000617941 and ungate this brand. It's totally unacceptable to not follow your own policies.

An invoice from a supplier is not equal to an invoice from the brand.

Sourcing from an authorized supplier does not make that reseller authorized.

It is increasingly common for brands to become gated to third party sellers.

The solution is to become a first tier distributor sourcing directly from the brand.

Amazon is actively working out liquidators, dropshippers and retail arbitrage through implementing metrics and systems that place priority on brands and brand authorized retailers.

Hi @Dave_s_Warehouse,

Thanks for the post and hope you had a good weekend.

Please note that if Amazon believes that a trademark is associated with a product that you are selling that is not approved by the brand for use in connection with that product, you may be asked to provide a Letter of Authorization from the relevant brand owner to show that you have permission to use their registered trademark.

A. Format Checks

• PDF Documents.

• Scanned images of PDF.

• Word (Self declarations are only acceptable if you are the Brand owner).

• Screenshots of email from the domain of Company holding rights to the Protected Brand

B. Component Checks

• Acceptable documentation (physical/digital) should have all of the below components:

• Letter Head from the Company holding rights to the Protected Brand.

• Body of the LOA having all of the essential terms as outlined above.

Signatories:

• Authorized signatory from the Licensor Company.

• Signature/Digital Signature or Stamping or Seal for franking of the document.

Best regards,
