Brand Approval with Valid Invoice & LOA Not Working

Hello,

We recently applied to sell a brand that we have been purchasing direct from the brand/manufacturer for many years. We have provided invoices twice now and we get denied with the reason "we have reviewed the information that you provided. It did not pass our review." We also added a LOA this last time around and are waiting to see if that gets us approved. We have all the necessary information on the invoice to meet Amazon's specifications for a valid invoice.

Can someone please help with this issue? What has helped you in this similar situation? We have all the valid documentation but are struggling to get approved with it.

In general Amazon does not provide the specific reasons that documentation is not accepted however I can confirm that these documents were reviewed by our internal investigators. You can attempt to work with the Brand or your distributor to determine why Amazon might not be accepting the invoice . Additionally I recommend to ensure that the conditional of your invoice is goo as the issue may be related to the invoice not meeting invoice requirements. Thank you for your understanding.
