Amazon FBA inbound mix up
Hello,
So decided to branch out from the UK to the USA and first shipment has been mixed up in FBA centre.
I sent in 5 different variations of the same item, 50 of one variation has not been received at all and others have got more than they should hence a mix up.
Issue is i am in the UK and i dont believe i can have all this delivered back to me to sort out.
I am not sure whether amazon will do a thorough bin check from my experiece with similar issue in the UK.
Does anyone know of a prep centre who can help resolve this? I could send all the stock to them to manually recheck, relabel and send back?

Depending on how long ago the items were received, you may want to just wait until the reconcile date comes. Sometimes the received qty gets straightened out by then.
If not, then yes, you'll probably want to to a removal order and have them relabeled and shipped to Amazon again. We've done this as a one-off service for companies, but we're not allowed to share contact information or links to outside services, and the new forum experiences does not offer private messaging either.
There is a list that Amazon maintains with companies that offer this type of service too. Can't remember exactly where it is, but you should be able to google into it.
