Amazon claims shipment arrived to MEM1 but POD and carrier trackign show the correct FC as CLT2
We have rcvd a defect notice from Amazon that they rcvd a shipment to the wrong FC (MEM1) but our carrier tracking and POD show it was delivered to the correct FC (CLT2). Has anyone else experienced this and figured out what we can do to disprove this?

Hi @Seller_4OabhQe4E9ej3, if you believe you were issued inbound defect fees in error, you can request an investigation of the inbound defect fees. Be sure to submit your request within 30 days of the shipment problem notification.
