2SV Authentication is not working
This is the worst company. How is it that you ask for Authentication, but the page button does not work? 4 different browsers on PC, 3 on mobile and even the SellerApp doesn't work.
And the worst is there is NO WAY of speaking to a HUMAN, only email or an ignorant Chat Bot. This is why more people are moving to Rakuten or Yahoo.
Does anyone have a telephone number or know how to speak with a HUMAN in this company? Is Jeff on Earth...or still in space?

Same problem. Ridiculous. No solutions either, just copy-paste from help section.
Also I got charged for a professional fee for a month, despite signing up as an individual, and I cant even list anything due to the Enroll 2SV error.

Fortunately, I figured it out. No thanks to Ama, but being in the JP seller realm, we are technically supposed to be using Japanese. So for some reason, the programming does not recognize when we use the translate to English. I changed the language to Japanese (Nihongo) and it worked. So my advice to you is to try the same. I can't say if this is the same for Chinese, but this worked for me. I am able to list. Only now it's product numbers and such that is a hangup. Anyways, good luck.
