Brand registry application stuck
Hello Team.
My brand request ID 2783779103 is stuck pending approval but the case has already been closed.
It says the case cannot be opened so my brand name is stuck.
Can you please reject it so i can reapply or help me find out why its still pending approval?
Ive been waiting months to get approved and I have inventory.

Thanks for your post and apologies for the late reply.
I have looked at the case you shared and it was resolved a number of days after your post. A new case was created ending in 1103 where you have since been approved.
