False and Unfair Negative Review from Competitor
I am writing this post to seek advice and also to call for action regarding a malicious negative review that we have received on our product, the iPhone 12 replacement screen.
Recently, we found a very concerning negative review that claims our replacement screen is not OLED without providing any reasons or evidence. This is clearly a misleading comment from a competitor trying to undermine our business. We are certain of the quality of our product, and it is indeed an OLED replacement screen.
Such unfair practices not only damage our reputation but also disrupt the fair competition environment on Amazon. We strongly urge Amazon to conduct an investigation into this matter. Amazon can examine our product to verify its quality and authenticity. We request that Amazon remove this baseless and malicious negative review that is destroying fair competition.
We have always been committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service to our customers. We believe in fair competition and work hard to earn the trust of our buyers. But when faced with such unjust attacks from competitors, we need the support of the Amazon community and the platform itself.
Has anyone else encountered similar situations? What steps did you take? Any advice on how to deal with such malicious reviews from competitors would be greatly appreciated.

Any time you believe a review to be abusive or otherwise depart from our Community Guidelines, please do follow the process outlined in this forums post which walks through methods for reporting the issue to Amazon for review.
I will note that customer's being mistaken about the makeup of an item would not directly depart from our Guidelines, but if you believe it may have originated from a competitor, please do report it further review!

Amazon will always stand by malicious competitors and moron customers. We receive these all the time. One customer commented that our industrial brass check valve for air compressors has an aftertaste. Amazon stood by the idiot's comment.
Amazon is always on the side of low life competitors and idiot customers.
