GCC for UL 4200A and a Test Report from an ISO 17025 approved lab showing compliance with UL 4200A
How does one obtain a GCC and test report to provide to amazon? Is this something we do ourselves or do we have to have an outside company do both the GCC and test for us? I see a lot of people having issues with their submissions to amazon, but we can't even figure out how to put together this report and gcc, in order to get them submitted. We appreciate any help or clarification on this matter.

Michelle at Amazon here. I assume that you are talking about the requirements for button cell batteries, which you will have to get testing for per the help page requirements.
