Hey i just setup my account and amazon charged me professional account fee. How to get refund eventhough i have not used any profssional tools

They charged me immediately when I opened my account. They aren't supposed to charge until you have at least one item listed. I just messaged CS and it got reversed.

You will need to downgrade your account first to the individual plan.

Once you do this, reach out to seller support and request a refund for the professional plan.
