My listing is being attacked by a large number of fake reviews
I’m facing a targeted attack on my listing and need guidance on getting these malicious reviews removed:
Fake accounts: Batch-registered, uniform “FirstnameLastname” names (no space), each with only 1–3 reviews—all 1★–2★.
Simultaneous hits: Same reviewers left 1★ reviews on multiple identical ASINs at the exact same time.
Templated content: Highly repetitive and modular complaints of “no elasticity,” “letters peeled off,” and “wrong sizing.”
Claims vs. reality: All reviewers say lack of stretch, peeling letters, size issues—yet our actual product is hand-sewn and super-elastic (won’t detach even under pliers), and our customer feedback confirms this.
Attack window: All 15 reviews posted between 2025-04-10 and 04-17, showing clear coordination.
The red boxes in the figure indicate highly similar reviews and one-star negative reviews that appear simultaneously on the same ASIN.
What I’ve done so far:
Submitted a bulk abuse report via community-help@amazon.com with a detailed Excel attachment.
How can I get these fake reviews removed more quickly? They are seriously impacting my business. As I’m writing this post, I’ve just received two more one-star reviews with highly similar content.
