After the TRO withdrew the lawsuit, the funds were successfully unfrozen, but the performance notice did not disappear.
2024/3/8: Received TRO notice
2024/4/11: Received settlement letter
2024/4/19: Received letter of withdrawal
April 23, 2024: Received a message from Amazon that the funds have been successfully unfrozen.
2024/4/24: My account performance warning remains. However, the plaintiff has withdrawn the lawsuit. We contacted the relevant customer service and asked us to appeal in the backend. However, the appeal entrance in the backend is a DMCA counter-notification, which is not applicable to such incidents. We can only come here to seek help.

Hello @Seller_sapzINTnKilyk,
Thank you for reaching out here on the Seller Forums.
From what you have shared, I see that after the resolution of the TRO, your funds were released, yet the original violations remain.
So that we can assist you the best, I would like to ask a few follow-up questions. When you received notification that the funds are now released, did it mention anything about the ASINs involved? If not, I suggest to reach out to the rights owner for clarification on releasing the restrictions on the ASINs.
Since you mentioned that a Digital Millennium Copyright Act(DMCA) counter-notice is your path to address the violations, this sounds like the original complaint is for copyright. Can you confirm this? Typically, if you believe the complaint is not valid you have the opportunity to submit the counter-notice as a dispute. Once we receive a valid counter-notice, our copyright agent will forward the information to the party who filed the complaint (“claimant”). If the claimant does not file a lawsuit with respect to the content within 10 days, we will reinstate the content.
Once you have reviewed the information and questions above, please feel free to respond in this thread. The Forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
