Hello everyone,

We have an inventory of more than 4000 units（all inventory）being converted to FC processing on 03/06/2024 without any notification.

Anyone who can help? thanks in advance.

We're just other sellers who can't see into your account -- let alone have any power over it.

Items go in and out of fc-processing all the time (at least in our experience). If all of your inventory moved, I'm guessing there's a suspected IP infringement claim, they may be getting marked as expired, or similar. You may need to wait 24 hours for a notification to appear.

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help. Units can be in reserved status for the following reasons:

  • Customer order: These units are used to fulfill customer orders.
  • FC transfer: These units are being transferred from one fulfillment center to another to help place the inventory closer to customers. Units in the FC transfer status are available for customers to buy. However, customers might be shown a future ship date if no other units are available in the fulfillment centers for immediate fulfillment.

Note: Transfers may take up to 22 to 25 days to complete. In some cases, transfers may take longer and investigation may be required (for example, delays due to weather restrictions).

  • FC processing: These units have been sidelined at the fulfillment center for additional processing, such as verification of item dimensions and weight, pending investigations, or pending removal orders.

Note: If the units are not sidelined and are still listed under FC processing, then these units are not required to fulfill immediate customer demand and will automatically be moved to sellable inventory based on available quantity.
