Bank Account Verification Failed

Hi!We have problem with INFORM Consumers Act with bank account verification.

We are requested to submit the bank statement for bank account verification in conformity to

the deposit method information. And we have bank account through Payoneer and we have uploaded 2 documents, Payoneer Account Statement and Confirmation of Payoneer receiving account as Bank statement. It meets the requirement that the account holder name on the bank statement matches the account holder name on the bank verification page, and it has bank account number, neither copy nor screenshot, and the document is issued within the past 180days.

I have called twice for help to the account specialist and set up cases twice with cases id: 15666528341, 15660659621, 15640897841 and 15641007821. The case 15666528341 is the newest one and the specialist was so helpful, and she managed to send our document, Payoneer Account Statement, to the INFORM team for second view. And she told me that it would take at least 7 days and now our selling account has been deactivated for days.

I am eager to resolve our situation and I would like to ask more information for our case.

I asked to the Payoneer customer center which is the adequate for submitting to Amazon as bank statement but she says the document is authentic and valid, but she doesn’t know which is adequate.

I put the screen shot of 2 documents and please let us know which is adequate.

And could you investigate our case?

The case 15666528341 is the newest one and the specialist was so helpful, and she managed to send our document, Payoneer Account Statement, to the INFORM team for second view. I have went ahead and looked into these cases as well as your account information. Do you have a loan via Amazon Lending?

You will need to contact your lender and work with them to unlock your bank account so you may submit the required information for compliance with the INFORM Consumers Act. Once the account has been activated, please resubmit the requested information.

The last case that we have called before was ID:15707780241, so we would like you to look over the case and if you have any solution with the problem, please let us know.

Now I am stuck in Assign default deposit methods page with the alarm saying "Deposit method must be verified before it can be assigned to Amazon.com marketplace. You can verify your deposit method at Manage deposit methods." And when I try to open the Manage Deposit Methods by clicking, I find the alarm "Forbidden, you do not have the right to perform this action"

And more, on the Assign default deposit methods page, I can see that Bank Account is unable to verify, with reason that

Looking over the situation I see you provided a screenshot in excel format, advising that you have no access to a specific section. So you are aware, if you are not the account owner you will have a restricted view as only the account owner has the rights and permission to update this section. They will be required to update this info. You will additionally be required to ensure both the account information and account owners information match the registered information shown on the bank statement. If we cannot verify all aspects the information cannot be accepted and will continue to be rejected.

Once the account owner is able to update the information, please again ensure ALL information matches the account owners name and address or the information may continue to be rejected.
