Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this in their areas, but lately here (Literally since after Thanksgiving), my USPS Ground Advantage packages that go out the same day will not get scanned in at the sort facility until next morning. I take the packages to the counter so their is a departed scan from my local post office in the evening after I drop off the packages (Weirdly enough there no longer is departure scans if I use the self-service kiosk so starting taking to the counter a couple of months back). Yesterday all but one of my packages, which that one happened to be a Priority package, just show a departure scan from the post office, but no scan at the sort facility. So it seems to be adding an extra day to my delivery days. Also, I have had a few packages with no updates since leaving my local post office lately.
