Fund review and inventory have been passed
I have been selling on my Amazon account for 3 years without any complaints, and the account performance is healthy. During this period, I have gone through 2 third-party reviews by Amazon, and both of them passed. This is the third time I have been audited. It has been three months and I have submitted it many times but failed due to insufficient information. Today I had a fund video audit. I showed the auditor my invoice and information. The fund video audit passed and all the Amazon account funds were returned to me. The invoice submitted for the inventory appeal also passed and the inventory was removed and returned to me, but the account was not approved. Amazon is really confused. Why do some departments recognize the information and others don’t? Can’t there be a unified one?

From what I can see, if you were appealing for your funds only... it won't be the same appeal for the reactivation of the account.
What does the performance notification you received when the account was deactivated say?
