If you're paying $39.99, you're not an individual seller, you are a professional seller.

Do you have access to the professional seller features? If so, you are a professional seller, not individual.

You can downgrade to an individual account, but you will lose some features you may not need anyway.

Once you are selling 40 or more items a month, keeping a professional account is worthwhile. Why not keep it and increase your sales?
