My store's entire shopping cart disappeared yesterday. Previously, orders were always placed and the reviews were also very good. Have any friends encountered any related issues? I recommend that you check your seller central account for any possible account health related issues on all stores. For example, the below type of notification could sometimes be linked to your ability to be the featured offer.

Account performance, everything is normal, but the shopping cart is missing and cannot be resolved by opening a case, and the reason cannot be found

Did you navigate through all of your EU stores and checked the Performance Dashboard for each country?

Unfortunately, I can only point you towards potential reasons why this might be happening: price, delivery, performance, etc. but cannot be sure myself of why this is the case.
