How can I get a refund for the subscription fee of $39.99?

This week I opened an Amazon account for selling. I am looking for a refund of the $39.99 I paid for professional account. I wont need it right now. How can I do it?

First, downgrade your account to an individual account and then open a case asking for a refund.

It will be granted ONLY if you didn't use ANY of the seller account features.

My name is CR and I'd love to give you some additional information on top of what @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAphas already provided you here.

You are also eligible for a one-time refund of subscription fee that will be charged to your account soon after the completion of registration process. You are only eligible for that one-off refund if you have not used any professional tools or benefits within 90 days

Once you have finished setting up your account, downgrade your account to the Individual selling plan by following the steps outlined in this help page.

After completing this step, contact us again via Seller Support requesting reimbursement of the Professional selling fee of $39.99
