You are eligible for a one-time refund of subscription fee that will be charged to your account soon after the completion of registration process. You are only eligible for that one-off refund if you have not used any professional tools or benefits within 90 days.

How do I start the refund process?

• Once you have finished setting up your account, downgrade your account to the Individual selling plan by following the steps outlined in this Help Page.
• After completing this step, contact Seller Support requesting reimbursement of the Professional selling fee of $39.99 by following this link.
