FTW1-Shipment not Delivered

My shipment ID is FBA189Y4Z21K

I've checked with my carrier several times, the shipment was successfully delivered to the FTW1 at 14:45 on September 10th. But the shipment has been in transit for a long time and I haven't received any updates from the Shipment events page that it has been delivered until now.

Now my products are completely out of stock, there isn’t inventory in-stock to fulfill the existing orders.

Is there any way I can fix this issue?

Just to confirm, have you requested an investigation via the Contents tab of your shipment? If you haven't done so already, I would highly recommend doing so now. For more information on requesting an investigation, please read through this help page.

I would also encourage you to read through this post about what to do if your FBA shipment is lost or delayed.
