we listed an item for sale. 1 quantity: Amazon sold it 3 times
Maybe someone here has an answer for my problem. We are a used media dealer. We listed a DVD on 3/30, quantity of 1. It sold ON AMAZON on Friday. We removed from our database, and as it sold on Amazon, the quantity on Amazon was 0. Then it sold again on Amazon overnight. We checked again: 0 in our database, 0 on Amazon. Then it sold AGAIN on Saturday afternoon. Now I have to cancel 2 orders, which count against our sales metrics. Called seller support, who told me they could not help. Anybody out there, including forum moderators, have a suggestion?

This happens sometimes, but it's rare. It's happened to me and several people have reported it here. Amazon is no help and will deny that it's their problem, even though it is.

While I don't have a suggestion yet did you have a case log with support when you contacted them? I'd like to look into the case and provide suggestions or resources if I can.
