Brand registry, trying to close case and reapply

I submitted to the Brand Registry and was rejected Case #14410472091. I believe I had inputted the wrong business tax ID.

I am trying to reapply but it is still pending review and it has been over 5 weeks in review.

I tried to close the case but it is still waiting for an Amazon review.

Does it normally take this long?

Can someone please help with my issue?
