Blank box fulfillment with SP API

Hi, I'm using FBA for MCF as well.

We are using SP API createfulfillmentorder API (POST /fba/outbound/2020-07-01/fulfillmentOrders).

In current request body, we set the featureConstraints as [{"featureName":"BLANK_BOX","featureFulfillmentPolicy":"Required"}].

In the past two months, we have also encountered few cases of using BLANK_BOX, the API return an error '{ "errors": [ { "code": "InvalidInput", "message": "Delivery SLA is not available for given destination address. This may mean we are unable to meet the provided shippingSpeedCategory.", "details": "" } ] }'.

Our workaround is to manually create the same fulfillment order from the Seller Central web console and it will only work if BLANK_BOX is deactivated.

We prefer to use the blank box feature for all available products, but non-blank boxes may be accepted in limited circumstances.

We want to know about SP-API, is there any way to meet our requirements?

The discussion mention that All MCF sellers are automatically enrolled in unbranded packaging at no additional cost. Unbranded packing is the default ship option for MCF orders, except in cases when it may result in longer shipping and delivery times.

I understand you are receiving the error "InvalidInput" when calling createfulfillmentorder with BLANK_BOX selected. There are different values we would need to evaluate to understand why you are receiving this error. First, please make sure your profile was authorized for the Amazon Fulfillment role. If your app was already published by the time the role was added to your profile, edit your app and confirm the role was added to your app, and publish it. If you hadn't done this already, it should fix the error.

If you already followed the steps above, it would be advisable to reach out to the Developer Support team for them to review the details provided in your request. You may create a Support case here. Please do not forget to include the explanation of what you are doing and what you're trying to accomplish, the name of the API and the operation, with the requestId and Timestamp from a call using Postman.
