The Amazon account is fine, but no payment has been received for over 2 months, and the payment control panel button has disappeared, Does anyone know what happened?
Our Amazon account is normal and has not received any illegal emails. From February 9th to today, the account has not received payment from Amazon.
The earliest case was opened on March 13th. I asked Amazon's customer service what the problem is. Customer service It was said that it would be transferred to the relevant team. Several months have passed, and the relevant team has not responded. During that period, I opened a case and asked customer service about other ways to contact the relevant team. The customer service said that they can only forward it to the relevant team. Two months have passed, and it is always in a waiting state and has not received any payment.
Has anyone encountered this problem??? How can I get in touch with Amazon's payments team???
