Account Holder name

Holder Name change

my wife just passed away and she has her name in the Bank Account, when i switched to my name they deactivated the account. Unverified they said. Any help please.

Are you not the primary user of the account? Do you know if you have user permissions?

Please also make sure you have a bank account assigned to the marketplaces after adding it.
