Holder Name change
my wife just passed away and she has her name in the Bank Account, when i switched to my name they deactivated the account. Unverified they said. Any help please.

First and foremost, my condolences to your and your family. That is devastating to hear.
Are you not the primary user of the account? Do you know if you have user permissions?
You will want to utilize this help page if you are having difficulties in updating this information. That page includes the appropriate steps to do so.
Please also make sure you have a bank account assigned to the marketplaces after adding it.
