Our debit card cannot receive payment from Amazon
Since the sale of our store, we have been unable to receive the payment from Amazon. The settlement list shows that the payment has failed, and the Amazon customer service told us that the system reported an error: the bank card has been cancelled or frozen. But we're sure the card wasn't canceled or frozen. Then, we changed a new bank card, and the system also incorrectly said that the bank card was not available, but we repeatedly confirmed that our bank card was fine. And Amazon customer service can't help us solve our problem. Who can help us solve this problem? case ID: 13012490691

Amazon does not attempt to pay you through your credit card on file. They pay you through the bank account you have set for deposits.
Just about 100% of the time, trouble with the charge card can be solved by supplying a CREDIT card. Not a debit card. Not a prepaid card. It must be credit.

You must enter a valid credit card under your Account Info>Charge Methods.
Amazon checks if the seller's credit card is still valid before each disbursement.
See →Bank account and credit card information for your seller account.
Accepted credit cards:
- American Express
- Diners Club
- Discover
- JCB
- MasterCard
- Visa

Hi @EVERSMILE_ENT_TRADIN,
By sale of the store, do you mean you bought or sold the store? Depending on how this transaction played out, that could be a part of your issue, but we would need a bit more information to know which transaction regarding account ownership actually happened.
Beyond that, both @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl and @Medic provide good advice regarding having a valid credit card on file within the account.
Please continue to reach out the community for further assistance.
Regards,
Troy
