Registration Amazon seller account in Germany

Hi . I do have Amz com seller account already . Wanna sell in Amz De in EU. Opened a company in EU, Tax number, EORI etc. Now when I go to My Store name''.....United States''-click on one and available counties shows up Australia, United States, Japan , Canada , United Kingdom BUT NO FRANCE OR GERMANY there!!

Or When I move to Inventory-Sell Globally -pick the region EU-then pick Germany-start/register -I being moved to the same page with list of countries: Australia, Japan, Mexico, Canada, Great Britain and USA and NO EU countries as Germany or France etc. What's going on ? Why same circle without chance to register Amz DE seller account?

Connor from Amazon here, I do see that your account hasn't been fully verified yet and this is why you are not able to expand to selling in Europe.

You did sign up via the .com website, so this is why your account is based in North America, if you did sign via the .de link (https://sell.amazon.de/en) then you would've been able to start selling in Europe right away.

So first you will need to verify your address, you will receive a post card with a code that needs to be entered, this will come via regular mail, to make sure you address is correct, go to this page:

https://sellercentral.amazon.com/global-dashboard/business-information

click on Business Address and Phone Number, verify your address, you can then either select it or add a new one.

Once the code arrives, you will enter it on that same page, once your account is fully verified you will be able to expand to Europe via this link:

https://sell.amazon.com/global-selling/europe

Hi. Thanks for prompt response!

Back to account verification I ve registered seller business account in summer 2024 -charge 40+ usd , verified etc. Then I went to company registering in EU ( VAT, tax numbr. EORI etc) for Amazon De. In Autumn I back to Amz and found Amz asking me to complete verification again -I did go through the process again and applied same data. But accepted all-run my account as Active but only business address. I applied same address as on my residental and of course bank details -Amz launched code sending process with step by step code trip to review -and on 2nd day after code requested the system shows Error -''Invalid address ''.....The code was not even send to me. And now I ve only 2 left chances send codes)

May be it because Amz account was created business and 40 usd fee was charged and then in a while one tried to charge card connected to Amz was 0 balance few months then due I been registering company in EU not top up balance? That weird since in summer everything was verified ...

Or because I am from Ukraine and may be an issue that- read in some fb faq that Amz now never send codes to Ukraine due war in there? If that's the case how to submit the address?!

2-Afetr being verified on Amz com seller central may I register Amz uk and with Account on Amz UK reach EU market via ''Expand to Europe article

Since you are not able to receive the code to verify your business address you will need to reach out to seller support directly:

https://sellercentral.amazon.com/cu/contact-us

(you will have to explain in detail that you are not receiving the code and that you are located in Ukraine so that they can provide alternative verification option).

After the business verification is complete you can then expand your selling markets, that is either to Germany, UK, etc (https://sell.amazon.com/global-selling/europe)

The only way to move forward right now is verify the business address, you won't be able to expand or register in Germany or UK until the account is verified.

You are welcome to share the support case ID with us here once you have it so that we can escalate if needed.

Since you are not able to receive the code to verify your business address you will need to reach out to seller support directly:

https://sellercentral.amazon.com/cu/contact-us

(you will have to explain in detail that you are not receiving the code and that you are located in Ukraine so that they can provide alternative verification option).

After the business verification is complete you can then expand your selling markets, that is either to Germany, UK, etc (https://sell.amazon.com/global-selling/europe)

The only way to move forward right now is verify the business address, you won't be able to expand or register in Germany or UK until the account is verified.

You are welcome to share the support case ID with us here once you have it so that we can escalate if needed.
