Brand registry issues

I closed the case for brand registry because it was taking weeks for case id 14720028431. When I originally submitted the application I had an error which is why the application was denied that I fixed. I then sent Amazon a message through the case again thinking I re opened but I have now been waiting weeks and there no response. Amazon re submit the application. It is nightmare trying to get approved for brand registry with no customer support and Amazon never replying to messages. Please help me.

I've reached out to the owning team to see if they can reject this application and have your application rejected and then let you reapply.
