Thank you very much @Cooper_Amazon , It was a good team and I would like to thank you as well as let you know that this escalation was effective.

All is resolved now. IT was an experiment that Amazon themselves ran. Now we have it reverted to a clean slate. We are working now to implement some of the suggestions as well as A+ content. But we just needed control.

I took a look at CASE ID 17090839171 and it appears your listing was not changed by any Amazon AI but more likely as a result of contributions added by other sellers or other information shared in different Amazon stores (that is why support was letting you know to update your cookies and caches so you can see the newest updates on the detail page). I took a look at the detail page for ASIN B00SD7TPA8 and I do see the bullet point attributes you have requested be shown are now shared on the listing.

Unfortunately, cookie deleting has only resolved this temporarily. And I can't expect all users of this web page to manage their cookies in order to see the correct bullet points.

This screenshot below shows several variations on the bullet points as seen in various browsers. The only correct one is incognito mode (no cookies).

I should open a new case, but I'm not sure where to go with it. I had a response on a different forum thread indicating: "...enrolled in the experimental AI program. They said it was called Amazon Accelerate..."

These variations as seen in the screenshot I included really do seem like AI re-writes.

They've said I updated the bullets today (I didn't) and must wait another 24 hours to proceed with support. This product is regulated and the descriptions and bullets must be worded carefully at all times.

We did get an escalated response from Selling Partner Relations Case ID: 17162178811.

It was confirmed to be a "Manage your Experiments" A/B test. I did not set that up and we are the only Brand Rep for this product. This experiment's beginning is still a mystery.

In any case, it turns out that I was able to have the Brand Administrator upgrade our access and we are still awaiting the access to the "Manage your Experiments" dashboard.
