Restocking fee question.

If someone purchased on 08/01/2023 and a return was approved on 08/10 but the customers sends it back on 10/18, can I charge a restocking fee?

Thanks for the post and hope you had a good weekend.

You can charge a restocking fee when a buyer returns an item outside of Amazon's return policy or in used, damaged, or materially different condition. Items returned in original condition and within policy cannot be charged a restocking fee.

You are not required to accept returns beyond the return window. However, if you do, you can also charge a restocking fee.
