Can a buyer remove a granted A-to-z claim after the related order is refunded? I am sorry, but normally no, the claim cannot be removed after it is refunded.
The way to avoid having claims awarded to a buyer is to monitor requests for help with an order. Replying quickly and working with the buyer is the best way to avoid A-to-z claims.
