I want to merge my UK (old) with my USA (new) account

and utilize my UK account reviews in the USA marketplace but this in-registration error is showing so what's the solution should I terminate my UK marketplace of the new account and then merge with the old account UK marketplace? Please help.

If you have already worked with Selling Partner Support, I’d be happy to start investigating if you could provide me with the case ID.
