Portion of payment missing due to Account Level Reserve
Needing help in payments, I never had any reserve on my account I have been selling on amazon for over 15 years for the passed few months I am seeing an amount of over $19,000+ that its not being released along with my bi-weekly disbursement, I have tried calling seller support multiple times and no one even understands there what I am talking about..the last guy I spoke with today told me that my next disbursement will come 5/21/2025 he totally answered me something I did not ask, I was not asking about the next disbursement he was not even understand what Account Level Reserve is all about..
in any case, now I am trying to get help here I also created a case 17664562531 and 17707327211
can someone there @Seller_Iki8DP8uofNY3@CR_Amazon @Micah_Amazon @KJ_Amazon help me whats going on?
