I can't get a response to my appeal.

Hello! I filed an appeal against the blocking of my seller account. When filing an appeal, the message stated that it would take 1-2 days to review my appeal. After 14 days, my appeal was not reviewed. I wrote to the support service, they said to write an appeal. A vicious circle. Why is the review period of my appeal being delayed? Has anyone encountered this problem? Where and to whom else can I write in this situation? Please help me solve my problem.

Please clarify what information from the information I provided did not satisfy the support service employees and what additional information do I need to provide?

Same issue here. Gave them Comcast/Xfinity Internet Bill which matches all of the required parameters, but they refuse it. I get no feedback as to what is missing. There is no support or person to talk to either.
